Refund Policy

The reputation and the success of Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC (a Series, LLC) rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase during the refund/return period.

10-Day Refund/Return Period:

The 10-Day Refund/Return Period applies only to eligible products and services and does not apply to products or services identified as non-returnable or non-refundable below or those governed by a separate written agreement, contract, service agreement, or refund policy.

For eligible products and services, refund requests must be submitted to and approved by Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC within 10 calendar days of the purchase date shown on the applicable invoice or receipt. After the 10-day period, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be available unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing by Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC.

Customers are encouraged to inspect eligible physical products promptly upon receipt and review the terms and scope of eligible services promptly after purchase.

Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Products and Services: Products and services identified in the NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS/SERVICES section are final sale and are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange unless otherwise expressly stated in writing or required by applicable law.

Approved refunds or credits may be reduced by applicable shipping, handling, setup, administrative, processing, restocking, or other disclosed non-refundable fees, where permitted by law.

Physical products returned without prior authorization from Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC may be considered unauthorized returns and may not qualify for a refund or credit.

All authorized physical product returns must be received by Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC within 7 calendar days of the return authorization date, unless otherwise stated in the return authorization. Failure to return the product within the required period may result in the reduction or denial of the refund or credit.

If a refund is approved, Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC will initiate the refund to the original payment method, when possible, within 14 calendar days of approval. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution or payment processor.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Appointment Cancellations and/or Reschedules

All services require a 20% deposit (unless otherwise agreed upon) and have a 2 hour lockdown period. You can cancel and/or reschedule any service appointment and receive a full refund if service appointments are canceled 2 or more hours before your scheduled appointment. If you were to cancel and/or reschedule a service appointment during and/or within the 2 hour lockdown period you will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the service cost.
