Refund Policy

The reputation and the success of Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC (a Series, LLC) rests on making you happy with your purchase. We value our relationship with you and offer full refunds if you are not happy with your purchase during the refund/return period.

10-Day Refund/Return Period: Unless you have a separate agreement with Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC, or except as provided below, refunds may be made if requested and approved by Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase on the invoice for a refund or credit of the purchase price paid. After the 10-day grace period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We encourage our customers to try the product(s) &/or service(s) in the first 10 days after their purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Products/Services deemed as [NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS/SERVICES] are final sale and cannot be refunded/returned. Please see the section titled [NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS/SERVICES] for a list of products/services that are deemed [NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS/SERVICES].

Note that your refund or credit may be reduced by the cost of shipping and/or handling fees and/or any applicable setup and/or restocking fees. Any products/services returned to Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC without prior authorization from Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC will be considered an unauthorized return, and you will not receive a refund or credit for the product/service and Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC will not return the product(s)/service(s) back to you.

All approved returns must be received by Ambitions Renewed Enterprises, LLC within 7 calendar days of the return approval date, otherwise, the amount of the refund or credit may be reduced or eliminated.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 calendar days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Appointment Cancellations and/or Reschedules

All services require a 20% deposit (unless otherwise agreed upon) and have a 2 hour lockdown period. You can cancel and/or reschedule any service appointment and receive a full refund if service appointments are canceled 2 or more hours before your scheduled appointment. If you were to cancel and/or reschedule a service appointment during and/or within the 2 hour lockdown period you will be entitled to a refund of 80% of the service cost.
